RV Nirmaan Private Limited has evolved into an established construction company with several landmark projects to its acclaim in the states of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. Over the last 3 decades, we have executed 50+ projects to a tune of over 85 Lakh Square Feet with distinctive amenities successfully. In 1988 Ch. Ramchandra Reddy and B. Venugopal, two passionate civil engineers, founded a structural consultancy firm called Ram and Venu Associates. Over time, they provided structural designing consultancy services for over 100 buildings including notable projects in twin cities and Vishakhapatnam.

In 1990, realising the need for a construction company that is a confluence of quality and affordability they established R.V. Constructions, taking their first step into the construction industry. In 1995, R.V.Constructions and another construction firm, Vivekananda Constructions, merged and formed R.V.Nirmaan Private Limited.
Led by a team of experienced technocrats, we started our journey by providing Structural Designs to multitude of buildings such as Aquatic Sports Complex at Vishakhapatnam, APCOB Silver Jubilee Building and St.Theresa’s Hospital in Hyderabad.In 1990, realising the need for a construction company which is a confluence of quality and affordability we established R.V. Constructions, taking our first step into the construction industry.

In 1995,R.V.Constructions and another construction firm,Vivekananda Constructions, merged and formed R.V.Nirmaan Private Limited.

The Minds Behind Our Success
Ch. Ramchandra Reddy
One of the founding partners and a visionary, Mr. Ch. Ramchandra Reddy is the face of RV Nirmaan. A self-made businessman, he started his journey as a consultant and paved his way to becoming one of the well respected members of the construction community. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Osmania University and a PG Diploma in Journalism.
Dr. Ch. Ramana Reddy
A Doctor by education, Mr. Ramana reddy is one of the founders of RV Construction and has over 15 years of experience as the Director of finance in RV Nirmaan.
B. Venu Gopal
A Civil Engineer, Mr. Venu Gopal is one of the Founding partners at RV.
V.V.R.N Reddy
A partner of Vivekananda constructions, Mr. Reddy is the Director of Projects. Also he has a post graduate degree in Public Administration. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry.
B. Narendra Reddy
A partner of Vivekananda constructions, Mr. Reddy is the Director of Projects. He has over 25 years of experience in the industry.
B. Narashimha Murty
Mr. Murty joined the team of RV in 1993, ever since he has worked towards promoting the companies profile and took the next step in the marketing and branding of RV. He serves as the Director of Marketing at RV Nirmaan.
